Answer for the couple of people that asked already via email:

If you want to see exactly where the local adjustments are just download both images, put them in preview at the same time (not two separate windows, one window) and flip back and forth quickly.

The verbose answer in addition to what I described already:
1) cheekbone highlight added
2) Forehead highlight added
3) Tons of highlights on the hair either enhanced or manufactured
4)Close shoulder and shoulder blade highlights
5)Breast
6)Garter highlight enhanced
7)Bum
8)Stockings Highlights
9)Chin highlight

I'm with you on the NEF colour rendition issue. I usually import my photos into Aperture and think "that looks nice!", up until the point where Aperture replaces the Nikon embedded previews with the ones that it rendered. Where did the colour go? Everything acquires an ugly green tint, reds fade away, and let's not even go over the saturation slider. Try using that to get some of the lovely red tones back and they turn puke-yellow instead.

The dodge & burn controls in Aperture are so bad that I don't even touch them. The patch tool is pretty unusable as well.

I really hope Apple addresses these issues on the next release.

Oh, for those of you that did not get the subtle complaint about NEF color rendition and WB in Aperture that I must must must do in every post now. The fact that I used the term ACR twice and noted how spot on the camera profiles are was the subtle almost subconscious rant and rave about Aperture NEF processing.
